Launch of Phoenix Financial Services Consulting

Phoenix Financial Services Consulting Limited (“Phoenix FSC”) was launched today by Bertrand Blanchard and Mickael Lecuyer based on their shared vision to create a consulting firm focused on delivering value in financial services.

The co-founded company aims to provide tailored consulting services by supporting financial firms in their development, the transformation of their business offering and in managing their business more effectively.

Phoenix FSC typically targets firms which, although they have created well-performing and successful organisations, need help in their strategy definition or transformation. These firms have limited internal capacity or experience to support their vision and ambition and Phoenix FSC aims to bridge this gap and to help in a pragmatic, business mindset and cost effective way. 

Both Bertrand and Mickael have extensive experience in managing a range of financial service businesses and leading strategy and transformation with multidisciplinary teams. They both have an energetic, creative approach that is focused on delivering value.  Where required, they will assemble expert teams to align and optimise every aspect of this transformation journey, from high-level strategy to on-the-ground execution.
